Humor

A singer/songwriter that explores the personal side of life. Bronwen's style is sweet, simple, and poignant. The lyrics don't stray too far from home. Her voice rings with the passion of motherhood, the pain of divorce, and the strength of womanhood. "Kaidi's Song" is a glimpse into the love a mother feels for her daughter, through poetry and song. The fiddle and mandolin are a touching accompaniment. Bronwen expresses her feelings of independence in "Get a Life", a song that displays her escape from a relationship gone sour. "A Little Worse for Wear" tells of reflection, hope for the future, and the strength to carry on. "This is Me, Is That You" is a recording of a woman's life learnings. Bronwen's use of rhyme could be considered redundant, but within the structure of the songs, it suits the message... self exploration is more than just looking into a mirror.
